Mixed ability class, beginners are welcome. You will have assistance with all postures (asana), breath control (pranayama) and all further practices, like concentration and meditation. At the end of the lesson, you will be feeling powerful, calm and relaxed.

Hatha Yoga supplies strength and flexibility. The practices are dynamic and powerful as well as stretching and calming, performed slowly and controlled. I convey all practices precisely, in detail and individually tailored to you, through modified postures (asanas) and further practices we create individual challenges. You will learn to calm your mind, develop awareness of your body, recognize its limits while accepting challenges as well.
The postures, breathing practices and relaxation techniques create strength, flexibility, stability, calm and balance.
You will find your own way into a safe and individual yoga practice. No matter whether you are a beginner or an experienced student.
